It's not rocket science Arnold. What you do is keep the blood pumped into the muscle you are targeting. If you cant bicep curl anymore then turn it into a reverse curl.
Body building is for people who have low self esteem.. being fit is one thing, but making your body unnaturally huge to impress others is just not healthy.

Arnold actually is the one that inspired me to do bodybuilding in the first place. My profile picture is me, always working on arms, back, and abs. always give your body all the protein it needs so it can build you up easily with spare materials. Everything he says here, minus the squats, is 100% correct. If you don't push yourself your just floundering around and not gonna get anywhere.
The reason I do disagree with squats is for the sake of lower back problems. I just use a sled or leg machine instead. I actually work as a radiologic technologist in the hospital, and see way too many people coming in with lower back issues.
But you didn't touch the Dumbbells not once at the top of your pec flys… Ever Arnold! Not even in this video as you are saying it.. Lol

If you're not trying already, you should get Arnold back and ask him for info on training for strength. A "Training For Strength" documentary with him would be amazing!! (Just as you guys did with "Training for Mass)
His best advice is how the body adapts. When he says your body knows all your tricks. Confuse your muscles, your body tells the muscle to grow when you do that.
And what about your stomach
