  1. I was thinking about fasting a little bit longer and have a bigger meal pre workout but finally I don't want to😅😅I know you felt bad because gluten but sometime a big meal gives you good energy and sometime you feel lethargic😁😁

  2. Sup man, I really like your videos and you’re an inspiration! That last meal of the sushi and Teriyaki chicken looked so good!

    Got any advice for me so I can pass it along to my girlfriend, who had Diabetes as well? She’s type 2 and it’s hard for me to fully understand her body and what types of exercises she can and could do. She’s currently on the slender side, so she doesn’t need to lose weight, she just has a little pooch around the midsection that she wants to lose and I do as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
