  2. I was doing this for a while and I saw a big difference in the lower part of my thigh (around my knees) but it didn't really do anything to my inner upper thigh area. I think it may just be my structure but I was wondering if it happened to anyone else?

  5. i've been doing this about 2-3 times a wee for 2 weeks, my thighs feel a bit slimmer, but I will start doing this more often along with cardio and eating cleaner and I will see what happens!
