Katya demonstrates her inner thigh workout with 6 exercises that keep her legs lean and toned. This workout will also tone your quads and hamstrings and will help get rid of some fat on your thighs!
Here are the 6 inner thigh exercises:
1. Plie / sumo squats
2. Plie / sumo pulses
3. Single leg lateral hops
4. Bridge raises
5. Raised bridge pulses
6. “The thigh gap toner”
Whenever you do an inner thigh workout, try to remember “quality over quantity”. Focus on proper form and breathing until you feel the burn. This is more important than worrying about the number of reps you do.

thigh gaps are cancer.
So i look up how to get rid of a thigh gap and all it comes up with is "how to get a thigh gap" like IDF WANT A THIGH GAP…. I personally hate the way my legs look with the thigh gap ????????
Does it need a diet?
from today i will do this workout everyday…. i will show you my results after 30 days.
Going to do this twice a day, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with Body pump on those days as well and I will let you guys know how it works!
Anyone know how many reps worked for them?
I'm going to do this exercise every day until I'm happy with the results I'll let you know how long I did it for when I get the end results!
I tried those exercises at least 5 times a week plus the normal squat exercises for one month and HELL YES IT WORKED ,, it's just magical !! good luck 4 everyone else :)
