  3. May i ask if i want a good result for flat belly how many time do i have to do in a week like daily if i want to keep it in shape and like that 🙂 do i have to do it everyday? Becaus i also play tennis everyday so would that help out with the workout?

  5. I will start this routine tomorrow along with another small lower ab video and I shall update you all after 2 weeks. I will commence this 4 or 5 times a week and I will TRY and eat healthier. Keep reminding me guys x

  6. Can someone help me, I'm pretty sure I'm doing this wrong because it feels like all my weight and strain is going on my legs , arms , and neck, not my abdomen and I'm getting really frustrated because than I'm too tired to do the rest. Can someone answer me plz

    2- Crunches
    3- Scissor kicks
    4- Russian Twists
    5- Mountain climbers
    6- Bicycle crunches
    7- Spider plank
    8- Plank + hip twists ( my favourite honestly)
    9- Raised leg crunches
    10- Up/Down planks

    One minute of each

  9. Guys, it's worked! I've been doing it 5 days a week. And it's my third week, i can see my stomach starting to flat a little. I'm so excited, thank you so much ????
