  1. Does the title mean that if you do this same video for three weeks then you will get the abs and weight loss???? PLZ ANSWER!!! Are we supposed to do this same workout over and over again

  2. This was a great workout. While I was doing the last move on the last set my lower body felt much lighter. This has only ever happened to me when I run farther or faster then usual. It was awesome.

  3. I was 147 pounds. I've been doing this exercise for 2 months and now I'm 125 pounds. I do it 4 times a week, twice a day. I drink black coffee before I exercise (morning only) it helps boost your energy. The key to breathe is breath in by nose and breath out by mouth. I mix my own drink to flush my stomach and fat. The ingredients: 8 cups of water, some paper mint leaves, 1 inch of ginger(slide or chop), 1/2 English cucumber(slide) and one lime. Mix them and keep in refrigerator all night and dink the next day. Best result, drink it before bed time.

  4. I'm so excited! After serious exercising for 6 months, I can finally keep up with Jillian! I started with Jillian, couldn't hang, switched to wii fit for 6 months, and now returned. All I can say is, "Bring it, Jillian!".

  5. Can someone tell me how many calories this helps to burn (approximately)? Because I've been doing it for more than two months (plus dancing cardio workout) and I've starded to gain more weight :(

  6. J'ai déjà commencé cet exercice il y a 3 jours. C'est tellement bien du coup hier j'ai acheté le DVD! mais le problème c'est que je dois attendre beaucoup pour l'avoir…. En attendant je continue mes workouts avec youtube!!!

  7. So I tried this this morning and this was the result: After 15 minutes and 48 seconds, I almost tripped in my own sweat. It was just dripping like that. I hope to get to the full 35 minutes by end of this week. Mehn! This is a lot of hard work.
