  1. Just to update, I still love this for the moves but I double up on some stretches (arms and legs together, do the wall and lean in while stretching calves, etc. and I cut 2 minutes off this

  2. total body warm up video, the high intensity cardio, and this, is a great morning combination for a shock to the system! Much easier to do home cardio workouts with channels like this! My winter motivation is sorted haha!!
