This video takes you through what a typical full body workout looks like for me. I listen to my body and push myself. During these days I always go heaviest with legs and back because those are my major growth areas and I want to keep building them up. Also, we have a post workout meal walk through at the end, now I love doing something like a stir fry after a workout because it’s fast and simple, and easily keto macro friendly.
