I know its vacation time but gym has always been a part of me. Working out is inside my bloodstream so here’s a quick bicep workout after a inconsintent workout these past few weeks.
1.DUMBELL CURLS ON INCLINE BENCH
2.BARBELL CURLS SLIGHTLY WIDE GRIP
—WARM UP SET
—WORKING SET HEAVY (THEN DROP SET)
