Not only will I show you, but I am going to lead by example and put my knowledge into mileage by getting shredded with you.

I have captured the entire process in the Peak Physique in Wales where you follow me through reps, sets, meals, cardio sessions, workouts, supplements and more. This is 4Weeks2Shred.

For the next 28 days you will be my client and training partner. You will learn how to steadily manipulate your food, calculate your heart rate, what to lift and what supplements to take to maintain muscle and get ripped. If you want to transform like me, get ready – it’s not going to be easy but it will be worth it. We will do what others can’t to get results others aren’t.

Firstly, clear out your cupboards of all the junk food and head to my Nutrition Overview page for your grocery shopping list. Next, let’s get prepared, otherwise you will only be prepared to fail. During these next 4 weeks, I will only allow failure on the last rep. Here are staple accessories needed before beginning day 1.

  1. The thing is you do 4 weeks and get good results but then you just get back to your old shape in the upcoming weeks. Getting in shape is hard but staying in shape is harder.

  2. Kris I followed your Carb reduction over the 4 week period and lost 15 pounds, from 14 st 9 to 13 st 8.
    So yes it does work and I looked so much better. I did my own diet plan using MyFitnessPal to record my food and the Gym I was using had no free weights, but I worked round it and made it work for me.
    Nice one Kris.

  3. I'm 21 years old and I'm currently 12% body fat, and I still have some fat around my waist, in my lower abs and only my top abs show a bit. I'm kind of in the no man's land and I've been working out consistently for about 3 years now and I have a bit of mass, I'm like 180 pounds but I'm not shredded and I never have been and always found it hard to. Can I start this program right now? Or would you consider I build a bit more mass first, diet well and then start this?

  4. how to get shredded eat lots and train on LSD and you will feel your mind and body connect and you feel so strong and energetic literally will be the best workout of your life

  5. This entire 10min video, could be cut/shredded down to 1minute of useful information. The rest is rhetoric, "motivational", "get your mind in the right place" nonsense.

  6. Guys if you want to preserve your earned muslce as much as possible this would be the worst program to follow. You need to go slow and steady whether your on a cut or bulk naturally.

  7. ok…it's hard but do I need nose piercings? And if I want to take someone seriously with a British accent..wouldn't that be Dorian Yates who done it? Who is this guy compared to Dorian?
