Today’s leg workout:
5 sets of front squats (pyramid style) (last set is a drop set to failure)
3 sets of leg press (last set is a drop set to failure)
3 sets of back squats (pyramid style) (last set is a drop set to failure)
6-8 sets of 10 – 12 reps Standing calf raises
3 sets of quad extensions
3 sets of hamstring extensions
4 set of lower ab leg raises
