Q: How often do you exercise?
A: I workout 4-6 days a week for 40-60 mins (sometimes more), it depends on my schedule & what I’m doing.

Q: Do you snack?
A: Rarely, I’m always full from my main meals. If I do snack it’s probably fruit or a wrap or carrots with hummus or a smaller smoothie 🙂

Q: Do you track your calories/macros?
A: No, I don’t track this. I only ever do for nutritional purposes in my videos. Other than this I know i’m getting more than enough calories and nutrients every day as I eat roughly the same amount!

Q: Is all that fruit healthy?
A: YES! Fruit is healthy and is full of fibre, water & NUTRIENTS! So don’t be afraid of some fruit. Carbohydrates are what our bodies thrive and run off so eat what makes you feel good and thrive being vegan. For me it’s generally fruit meals during the day!

Q: How old are you and what do you do for a living?
A: I’m 19 years old and I’m a lifestyle entrepreneur

Q: Do you have the answer to why I’m gaining fat or how to lose body fat or what I’m doing wrong?
A: Unfortunately I do not know you or your lifestyle so to answer these questions are quite difficult since there are many factors that go into this. All I can recommend is eating a whole foods diet packed full of wholesome food & exercising + staying hydrated, getting early nights and minimal stress!

Q: What pans do you use for cooking?

  1. Thanks for watching.. Also sorry it's a bit rushed I was super tired editing but wanted to post it ???? Links in description to the recipes!.. ps I have a killer butt workout coming soon too 🙂

  2. Where do you buy all of these ingredients?? The fruit and general stuff I know obviously but where do you get acai and other pieces on your smoothie bowls?? I live in Australia and can't find them ????????

  3. Im actually really pleasantly shocked that you only do weights 2x a week bc I thought so much cardio leaves you looking "mushy?" at least I found weights make me leaner, but I've only been going for 7 months now 🙂 can't wait for your butt workout video!!

  4. Hey! Great videos! Really inspirational. Quick question. What camera (s) do you use? All your footage looks awesome! Thank you and keep up the great content!

  5. Awesome video! Do you think being a yotuber uploading vids on exercise and healthy eating has contributed/aided to you being fit since it seems to be your main income? Im wondering because it seems like that in itself could be a good motivator. And I'm curious if I should do the same?

  6. how is your gym always empty and you get it to yourself? also i tried to eat a smoothie bowl and I projectile vomited because i apparently can't eat bananas. i guess smoothie bowls are out for me?

  7. Your physique has gotten amazing! Thank you for you videos, they are such a blessing – you are honestly one of the reasons being vegan is so easy 🙂

  8. I wish I had the motivation to go vegetarian! I've been trying it for about two days ???? seems like nothing but I'm trying so hard! I need more motivation like that

  9. I'm not sure if you have answered this on your q&a s yet, but when you're young and eat quite much fruits isn't it like quite expensive or do you live with your parents? Cause well i'm only 13 but when i'm older and move alone i would love to eat more raw vegan food (my parents don't let me to) so is it expensive? 🙂

  10. I've been lifting more lately so I'm really trying to find some more high protein meals. This was super helpful! And the editing was on point, as always 🙂 I always love starting the day with one of your videos, they're so uplifting and inspiring.

  11. Hi! I wanted to ask you something for a while. I see that you , as vegan, are really passionate about this stuff. But what about Jonah? I mean, when he is with his friends, does he "defend" veganism if someone start an argument? Or how does he react? I'm asking because I don't know many vegan guys, and mostly the girls are more passionate about it, and I'm super curious. Love you and thank you for your work (p.s. did one of your workouts today, combined with some other stuff – It kicked my butt!)
