Behind it all — I took a long kind of break from gym (going 1-3 times a week for the last 4-5 months and recently i’ve re-established my love for getting fit and active. I posted up a photo on Instagram explaining that i want to get back into it and many others commented explaining their in the same boat. I’m making this video series NOT to tell you what to do or use it as a guide but to promote and motivate you all to get active and maybe bring ideas to your OWN workouts or meals + i love the support i receive from you all and i love sharing my journey with everyone.
