In this video I take you through my weekly lifting routine. I lift on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings. On Tuesdays I do legs and on Thursdays I do arms. I also add abs in after the workouts. I lift low volume high reps to get lean and work on muscle endurance.
I show you my post workout meals too. I believe in balance. Being too restrictive in your diet can cause quick results but not results that will stay. I aim to show that a healthy balanced approach is what can work and what can keep you fit for the rest of your life instead of just for a few months.
