3-4 rounds

10 Dips
10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 DB Curls
25 Air Squats
25 Sit-ups
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
20 Mountain Climbers (10 each leg)
15 Squat Jumps
15 Full Leg Lifts to 90 degree
10 Burpees
10 Sit-ups
