Happy Tuesday guys! I’m back with another great body burner workout this week and today’s focus is your legs, bum and abs.
You might be wondering why we are using a chair in the first circuit, but TRUST ME, it’s a great tool to use as it helps stabilise you and allows you to focus on the areas I am trying to target in your legs, bum and stomach.
After this, we are going down to the floor to work out some more! The second circuit is all about legs and butt, and the final circuit is hardcore abs!
