  1. Hi Scola, I was wondering when is the best time to increase the weight you're training with. After 1 week of the same or two? Or only when you feel like the weight you're lifting isn't heavy enough?

  2. I Run around 4-6 times a week atm but want to develop my core and upperbody. Should I be adding it on top of my runs or doing it instead, or should my run count as leg workout?

  4. I'll definitely do this plan for at least a week ! ❤ Although I might change the dance workouts – I've done many times most of them and would really love continue doing them(Look Like You, Work and Light it up + Mukoko are def my favs ❤) ????????
