Ingredients (For 2 glass )
1 Cup Mango,
1 Cup Milk for Oats
1/2 Cup Roasted oats / Instant Oats,
1/2 Cup Milk For Blending,
1/2 Cup Yogurt,
1 Tbspn soaked (Water) Chia seeds,
1/2 Tspn cinnamon powder,
2 Tbspns Honey,
Small sliced Mango,
Dry fruits as per your choice,
Here I have used pomegranate seeds but you can use any fruit of your choice for Garnishing.
This is a Healthy Breakfast/Diet recipe & one can have it as a pre workout meal or mid morning breakfast.
