  2. You & I are the same blood type. I love paleo. Ever since I got rid of black pepper & brussel sprouts, i'm so much less bloated. Aloe vera juice is an acquired taste. I drink it on an empty stomach with some L-carnatine. I know it's good for the tummy.Have a question, I need to lose about 30 lbs. do you think I should be lifting heavy or light.. I do both & 40 min of cardio. I hear a million different things

I never understood why gym's do that worry about people filming themselves besides you giving us content how about the people that want to check there form or video tape there PR's wheres the love and I would have gave big hug because you looked like you wanted to cry till next time peace love and always stay motivated
