I thought of sharing with you my meal preparation. It’s a video simply explaining and showing you how and what I cooked. I didn’t go much into details simply because I will do this by answering some of the questions each of you may have and I will also be posting many more videos in the near future concerning nutrition. Everything to help you make your food habits and choices easier and healthier. Embark on a new journey and hire me as you personal trainer! Whether if it’s for a workout program or a nutrition plan!

4 – Extra lean ground beef, brown rice, spinach, tomatoes, onions, steak spice, pepper, olive oil.
3 – Grilled chicken breast, sweet potatoes, green bell peppers, broccoli, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika, dill weed.

This should last me approx. 3-4 days. I will be having breakfast, 2 shakes a day, & a before to bed snack/meal.

  1. What kind of snacks do you eat between meals and what kind of shakes do you eat also? The prep meals you make do you eat them once a day? Also I like the meal prep idea cause I am trying to eat healthy. Hit me back.

  2. I don't get it!!!! Please someone guide me on my ignorance. So how many of these meals are we supposed to actually eat in a day? Also, how do people conserve the foods in the fridge? Like the chicken made on Monday and is in the fridge to be eaten on Wednesday????

  3. so here is the problem i plan to cook about ten meals on Saturday night 5 lunches and 5 dinners for my busy weeks anyways ill have to take my lunch with me to uni leave it in the car for a little over 4 hours the weather is so hot then have it at work when i get there so maybe 5 total the food in the car will it be alright to eat ??? also what type of tuppware i should use ? thanx any help is appreciated

  4. Batch cooking is the way to go. Been doing this for years but I'm not an athlete, I just generally work out. It saves so much money and time. Plus you know exactly what you're eating. I actually enjoy doing this, the chopping and cooking bit, very satisfying. Good video mate …..

  5. You also could show how it looks how much you eat for 1 day 5 portions how does it look 🙂 cause 10 for 4days its 2.5 per day, and what is the rest food you get ?

  6. How much sodium do you use in your diet, cutting or not? Heard a body
    builder say that he flushes extra sodium out with water. IMPOSSIBLE!
    Seems like you guys don't care about salt in your diets.

  7. that looks super delicious… btw try marinating the chicken in a bowl. like transfer it after what u doing right now & add some ginger & garlic paste,trust me it tastes really delicious!! great work mate! ????????????
