Weights are not needed to get an effective workout for your legs. Men’s Health has released a new 12 minute leg workout that only uses body weight and delivers amazing results. The workout includes parallel squats, staggered squats, and split squats. The workout is designed to workout lower-body muscles in a slightly different way, so that the its results are more well rounded. According, to Men’s Health it will “melt fat like crazy.”
