This Volg is mainly about working on our glute and legs, and it contains a lot intense movement. Please be carefull when you are doing all this kind of workout.
1. Squats (targeting thights and glute)
15 reps with empty bar as warm-up
4 or 5 set in 10 reps with adding weight.
2. Sumo Deadlift (targeting hamstring, inner thight and glute)
4 set with 8 reps.
3. Side leg lunges with Smith Machine (targeting side glute)
3 or 4 set with 10 reps on each leg.
4.Kettle ball Swing (targeting increasing heart rate and glue)
3 set with 12 reps
5. Hip Thursts (Booty BOMB)
3 set with 8 to 10 reps.
Remmond: take pre-workout before leg day
Drink water, water, water or BCAA your option.
