    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Chest
    Thursday: rest
    Friday: Chest
    Saturday: Shoulders
    Sunday: Legs, jk Chest

  2. Question, your routine only gives 2 days in between training each muscle again. Is this okay or is it not enough time for the muscles to repair?

  5. hey ive been doing chest/bi, back/tris and leg/shoulder(high volume)…. I been doing great result but want to change my program…. and was just wondering if this would be good program for me cuz of the low volume?? 

  6. Anyone who thinks ogus is on juice knows nothing about bodybuilding. That's from 6 years of hard training and good diet. I know people that train for years but don't care about diet and look like shit. I also know people who hit their macros and are jacked as fuck.

  7. I've been lifting on and off for years, but consistently for the past 1.5-2 years. Never did a full body 2-3 times a week routine. I've been doing L/P/P/Off this entire time. If I were to switch it up a bit, would I be better of doing the full body 2-3 times a week or trying this out?
