Hello,today is day 5-7 of my diet diary records and workout too.
I also weighed myself after one week of diet in and I have lost 1.9kg(4lbs).am so happy about my progress.
This is a long term diet for me I hope to walk through this journey with you thankyou.
Starting weigh-97.3kg(214lb)
Current weight-95.4kg(210lb)
Weight lost in kgs-1.9kgs
Weight lost in lbs-4lbs
Weight goal(65kgs)
