  1. Hi Elle, I've started eating 7 small nutritious meals per day, but occasionally I fall asleep before eating the final meal of the day. Did that ever happen to you in the beginning? Do you think it's fine as long as I'm not starving?

  2. Great video thanks. After a lifetime of my weight yo-yo ing I am slowly learning not to panic when the scales go up a pound after a treat day and trust the they will go down again through the week and that this way I am locking in the loss.
