My GO-TO Breakfast Meals- Quick & Easy



These are truly my staple breakfast go-to’s. I hope you guys try these out!! Recipes are listed down below!
1. Parfait
Blueberries (or berries of your choice)
Oikos Tripe Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or plain greek/nonfat)
Cinnamon, & almonds (or granola/seeds or nuts of your liking)
Drizzle of honey.
Put it in a jar so you can take it with you on the go, or just to have a cute jar haha. Also makes a great snack. Enjoy.
2. Oatmeal
1/2 cup of oats
1 scoop of protein (vegan/whey/isolate etc) I used chocolate whey isolate.
Cinnamon & hemp seeds (or almonds, nuts or seeds of your choice)
Raspberries or berries of your liking
Drizzle of honey.
I eat oatmeal most days out of the week, great breakfast and preworkout meal.
3. Protein Pancakes
1/3 cup oats, 1 scoop of protein, Banana, egg. Blend. Consistency will be thick but runny. Mostly runny. Pour in small amounts and cook on a low setting.
Top it off with berries or a banana & sugar free syrup.

4. Chocolate PB Banana Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, chocolate protein, frozen banana, ice, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter. Perfect to take on the go! Also great as a post workout meal.
