  1. I wished I would have worked during the process cuz it was easy when I had a six pack a few months ago. Now when I run I get outta breath and when I do my normal workouts my gut just gets in the way and I’m so tired and ppl just keep staring at me

  2. I know it's bad to be too skinny and I get that but it also REALLY sucks when you want to loose weight when you have belly fat and it's really hard to get rid of I'm trying to get rid of meat and I hope it works!!

  4. Whaat the music at that gym is so good. I live in sweden and its like rock or metal in my gym… i mean many people like that but most dont. Most people listen to like rap or pop music…

  5. I just have the same story… I literally eat everything and I don’t gain any weight maybe it’s because I’ve a good digestion and I’m glad but I as well want to have booty and so… gonna start gym next week

  6. Can u just tell me how much time did it take to get that results, because I've been working out for two months now and I just wasn't that focused on the thighs and butt so i just want to know how many time to motivate myself more i quess
