Navy Seal Workout with Abs Exercise Bonus – Quick Workout Routine. This is a variation of the navy seal workout. Instead of having two 5-min bursts of pull ups and push ups, combine the two, do 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, and continue to do this routine until the 11 minutes are up. We’ve also added an ab exercise in case you wanted to hit the core.
