4. Other leg hip extension

6. Other side DD to high plank
7. Prone squats (don’t worry!!! It’s not really a squat)

  1. This was my first Fitness with PJ workout and it was awesome! I am having some hip/leg issues right now but I needed to work my lower body so this was exactly what I needed today. I am looking forward to having a sore butt tomorrow. FYI, I am streaming from chilly Regina, Saskatchewan!
