This worst case diet scenario centers around a post-workout meal. It was leg day 🙃

Meaning I’m looking for healthy meal options with carbs to help shuttle essential protein to my muscles.

P.F. Chang’s offered the perfect opportunity. They have a lot of good stuff, but a list of things to avoid too!

BTW- that “leg day” I mentioned was a training set for my upcoming Men’s Challenge… Build and Burn.
