When it’s about muscle gain always keep in mind your diet should be full of nutritions and contain all nutrition including protien ,fat ,carbs ,vitamins ,minerals and water
Today here I am going to tell you one of best post workouts meal which every one can use and easy to make also
1 scoop of protien in 200 ml water
Oats contain -300 ml milk
50gm oats
20-30 gm muesli
1 spoon peanut (contain good fat and protien )
10-15 almonds
10-15ml honey
Mix all integrate in milk and have it and enjoy your meals
