  5. No wonder people get Confused, I really like the content on this channel but honestly no wonder people get confused when they get told to eat a certain grammage of protein after a workout and to be honest it's all bullshit Bro science no scientific basis at all.
    In my experience anyone who has done this long enough knows that just eat well and balanced and stop confusing yourself with all this bullshit you wanna gain… eat more you wanna lose… eat less it's that simple but what is important is a knowledge of food and cooking and that's the hard part.
