Mam main ek house wife hu maine last 2 month se yoga classes join ki hai meri timing night 7pm to 8pm hai means 1 hour class mam yoga class se aa kr muje bahut bukh nahi lagti toh kaya main night main 1 glass milk aur 2 spoon flexseed mix kr k le sakti hu pehle main salad khati thi jab ki muje bukh nahi hoti thi kioki mere ghar main main aur mere husband aur 5 year baby hai toh yoga class se aa kr muje koi kaam nahi hota please btaye main milk ko leker bahut confuse hu ki pio ke na pio without suger lekin kehte hai na ki milk main bhi suger hoti hai i am very confused muje milk bahut pasand hai ess se mere weight loss main mushkil toh nahi aye gii please bataye
