Added some video footage of my pre workout meal, as well as my post workout meal to give you guys a look into my off season dieting. Really not that much different than contest prep, just larger portions with the boosted carbs and fat.

  1. I saw that Phil Heath IIFYM thing on Lobliner's video. I think Phil thinks that IIFYM people think that a calorie is a calorie, not what we actually think. He's like if you eat 5000 calories of clean food versus 5000 calories of graham crackers you won't look the same. It's like no shit, you won't be getting any protein.
