Completely agree about most pro's not knowing anything about nutrition. Did you see how confused Phil looked when Marc started asking about his diet? lol
I saw that Phil Heath IIFYM thing on Lobliner's video. I think Phil thinks that IIFYM people think that a calorie is a calorie, not what we actually think. He's like if you eat 5000 calories of clean food versus 5000 calories of graham crackers you won't look the same. It's like no shit, you won't be getting any protein.
