    You've only covered the post workout for weight training; never covered Cardio.

Please I kindly ask can you please help me understand… I am a little confused, You said to take a detox tea or green tea before you workout… then you said eat before you workout, But then you pick up, the whey protein and the blue berries as you said you need to eat before working out that's a must. Right after that you said it was a post workout shake. Can you please clarify this…? When do you eat and when do you drink the teas… before your Pre workout… Please explain the time period between both. If I understood you, I believe the Post workout you should have the whey with a simple fruit/carb within the window of an hour after your workout… Yes?

    But I am totally confused about the Pre Workout.

  4. I need to be so careful about when I eat, what I eat, and how much I eat before a workout, or else I'll feel very sick!  I usually just have a protein shake/bar or a hard-boiled egg 2 hours before exercise.

  6. Hi girlie! I've been implementing a LOT of what you are teaching here on Youtube. However you mention Whey protein (or the vegan version) w/"hydrofruits". What does that mean? The ones you buy at a supermarket freezer section? And if so, aren't those heavily processed? If you can kind of clarify this it will be greatly appreciate it dear.
