Bit of a different Vlog for you all! I wanted to update you on my progress since starting #BestMe as well as sharing my ideas for Pre & Post workout meals. I have also included a Full Body HIIT workout for you to try next time you’re in the gym – this is great if you’re short of time and want to raise your heart rate through mixing resistance and cardio.

1) Manmakers: Burpee holding Dumbbells, into a press up, 2 plank rows, jump in and standing shoulder press.
2) Squat with half Halo plate press.
3) Narrow to wide Squat jump on box.
4) Rear elevated Press up + Slow mountain climber OR Press Up + Mountain climbers.
5) Kettlebell Swings
6) Dumbbell Romanian deadlift + Dumbbell Row
7) Bodyweight Tricep Dip + Alternating Heel taps
8) Treadmill Sprint
