Hey Guys, today I will explain you about the meals you should consume before and after workout also known as Pre Workout Meal / Post workout Meal. Guys keep it in mind whatever you eat you should keep a proportionate mixture of the 3 things in your meals PROTEIN, CARBS & FATS depending upon the time when you are consuming these meals.
Having meal before workout is a good habit because of which you can maintain good energy while performing sets and you won’t feel fatigue.
It is that important to have meal full of Protein and Carbs post your workout session, this will help you to achieve your desired goals.
You can have your meal 2 hours prior to your workout. If your metabolism is good and you feel low with some energy before hitting your gym floor a Banana or an apple can amplify your energy (eat 20-30 minutes before getting on gym floor).
