Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Florida Orange Juice (great source of potassium and vitamin C)
Almond Milk (which is a fast digesting protein so it won’t weigh you down)
Bananas (fast acting carbohydrates that will provide usable fuel for your workout)

Post-Workout Meal
Citrus Glazed Salmon Over Brown Rice and Spinach

Florida Orange Juice
Brown Rice
Chopped garlic
Coconut oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dill (Garnish)


1) In a pot, start with your brown rice; add 1.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice. Cook on medium heat for around 10 mins.

2) In a skillet, add 1 tsp of coconut oil. Take your salmon steak and place it in your pan skin side down.

3) Add 240 mL glass of OJ and cook into the salmon. (6-10 mins)

4) Next, in a large skillet, add chopped garlic to a tsp of coconut oil. Toss in a few handfuls of spinach. This should take around 2-5 minutes to be fully cooked.

6) Add another splash of Florida Orange Juice to increase the iron absorption and add amazing flavour!

After 10-15 minutes, your rice will be fluffy, your salmon flaky, and
your spinach perfectly wilted.

7) Add dill as a garnish and you’re all set to go – Bon Appetite!
