  2. I have been doing various bicep & triceps with weights for the past 5 months and I am so disappointed as I religiously do my work out every other day and still my triceps are loose and floppy. My biceps have popped up a bit but underneath is still the same.. I am slim with not much body fat and have long skinny arms so its not like I have to lose weight. I am a vegetarian and have been drinking protein drinks as well and all they are doing is making my bum fat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  4. Could you guys do a "What you eat in a day" video (or what you eat in a week)? That would be so helpful to physically see what particular foods/ meals you normally eat (and how much of it). Also, it would be awesome if you did more videos using resistance bands (lower body, total body, etc). Thanks for all your help! 🙂

    Here are a list of what I'd love to see more of….
    1. Kickboxing cardio/ hiit workouts
    2. Hiit cardio/pilates blend
    3. Hiit cardio and squats/lunges for people who get bored

  6. Is it safe to do your 40 minute+ HIIT workouts /or combination workouts with three different quick workouts like this one 5-6 times a week? I really wish to gain strength and have found your workouts to be an excellent choice!

  7. So I got to the gym late this morning, and after a two mile run, I replaced my Back and Shoulders routine, with this work out. It was quick but SUPER intense and I felt like I was able to fit a complete upper body work out in 10 mins I still had time for abs 🙂 Thanks FB!

  9. Would appreciate it if FB could do more full length, strength training videos: upper body, lower body amd/or total body.
    I absolutely love the sculpting process that lifting can do to the body!
