  1. Perfect workout for when u just don't have energy for HIIT of cardio, you could still feel it working though. Can you please do more chilled out videos like this please ?

  2. My favourite "I can't be bothered to exercise" or "I'm injured" routine. If I can't do 17 mins of pilates, then that's a bit sad. Still challenging enough though and keeps me motivated on those can't be bothered days.

  3. I was at my parent's house and I wanted a routine I could do secretly in my room 🙂 This was perfect! Quick with no jumping or fast movements, but I still worked up a sweat!

  4. Always good to mix up workouts I think and not always go for the high calorie burn of HIIT and strength but I do feel like this was doing something still.  The hardest "low impact" I've done for a while.

  6. I love how Daniel does these stretching, pilates, or yoga video too and not just muscle building ones. Sometimes I think men forget that they can benefit from them just as much as major muscle or strength training exercise.

    I just bought the 8 week fat loss program and I have a question.
    The 6th day is optional workout and 7th should be paused. Can I switch the days for example the 4th day optional and the 7th paused ?
