  1. You have no idea how helpful these quick HIIT workouts are! I get bored extremely easily ( which is why I adore your 'get bored easily' workouts) Anyways, when I do cardio workouts on DVD, I get bored halfway and I quit. Now I can switch to this video and continue my cardio. Thanks again and God bless!

I am toned up quite well in other areas of my body, except for my belly and its not even the lower belly but the upper belly and I want to know if there is a specific video that can help fix the blubber there. In terms of food I honestly eat like twice a month. My diet is very healthy. I suppose I don't work.out enough maybe. But I just want to be guided on this.
