Quick Back Workout At Total Fitness Altrincham

I filmed my recent back workout here.

Pretty much all of the session was basic medium weights wise but i managed to get the reps needed for a good session.

I advise to do the amount of reps in the video and do 3 to 4 sets on each exercise. Totally up to you how much you feel you can push yourself.

I do not repeat this every week most weeks i will do much heavier weights with more 4-6 reps and i don’t always train arms together. Sometimes i train them separately on a chest/triceps or back biceps days.

Try and keep the weights low and your form controlled.

  4. Looking good mate, solid workout. Although the way you stacked your weights on the first exercise seriously messes with my OCD – I need to have them in size order ????????
