    can this workout reduce calf size? i have 34cm calf size and i want it to be 25 or 28(btw 20 is the size of calves of SNSD which my really goal check them out especially Tiffany Hwang's legs). I see that my calves are not all muscle but mostly are fats. What can you recommend foods and workout for this to achieve my goal and how many weeks will I do it? Thanks in advance and I really love your abs/core exercises.
