It’s been years since I’ve made a new saddlebags or outer thigh POP Pilates workout for you guys! So, thought it was time to put together a new leg workout for you guys targeting a trouble zone for many women – your thighs! These exercises require no equipment, and you can easily do them at home. Super fun guys. Let’s do it!

  2. I'm really looking to slim down my hips (that's where everything seems to go for me) so I was wondering if anyone could confirm if this workout targets that area as well? If not, does Cassey have another workout that would help?

  3. Cassey . .can we have a plyometric workout series for beginners, intermediate and advanced ones. Plyometric exercises burn fat very faster and it's always fun to workout with you ☺

  4. This video is giving me LIFE! I've been trying to figure out why my butt&thighs were not getting the results I wanted. Turns out I've been skimping on my saddlebags. I just targeted muscles I didn't even know existed!

  5. This really helped slim down my legs. Every time I do this workout I see results. I remember the first time I did this I could barely finish without stopping, but now I do the whole thing like it's nothing! (it's still hard though) This workout didn't just slim out my legs, but made me stronger.
