  1. the first time i did this workout , my legs hurt like hell but after doing it for like 4 days i got used to the pain and plus i'm seeing results , i love this workout

  2. These 5 minute work outs are great for me to do at the office during a break at work! After years of battling with my weight and body issues (pretty much since I was 11 – so ten years now) I've lost a lot of weight over that time span but I find it hard to get toned and this is the first time i'm finding work out videos that are actually showing results (and fast!) and are easy to stick to! I like to do one of these 5 minute work outs a day – so I focus on different parts of my body over the whole week, alongside cardio workout on the wii game series just dance 2-3 times a week for about 40 minutes in the evenings.

  4. I know this might sound silly, but you guys should do a video that solely focuses on building calf muscles.. I know this video basically is, but let cardio more strength based I guess is what i'm trying to say :)
