  4. i haven't worked out in like half a year so im trying to ease back into it by doing one video per day until i can handle 2 and then so on til i can get a full days workout done without dying wooo. wish me luck guys :3

  6. Hi Cassey, I hope you can help me. Several years of insane stress have killed my metabolism, and no matter how clean and little I eat, I cant seem to shift the weight. Previously I managed to drop two dress sizes in two months, and maintain that wt loss, and my whole life Ive been slim, but now I really really hate myself, and my body. I need to lose about 15 kg, i cant even stand to look at myself. I started bodywt exercises along with two weekly squash sessions, but ended up injuring my knee while playing. I still feel twinges of pain weeks later, so I want to be kind to my knees while still working out to lose wt. Please can you direct me to about 5-6 of your videos which I could do in my circumstances and still see results? I dont want to have too many to choose from, just a few that will work for me. Please can you also suggest how many minutes I should be doing daily (realistically) to see changes? Thanks much.
