What would happen if I meshed PIIT28 and POP Pilates together? THIS. CRAZY. CARDIO. WORKOUT! It’s done to the beat of the music, but also done in intervals – so it’s intense. You will sweat and burn calories like MADNESS.

  4. hey so i have a little question,so yesterday when i finished working out (i did some running for 30 mins then a short tabata cardio) my right shoulder started hurtng and still does when i move it or when i'm on a plank position,did i do something to my muscles??andwhat should i do about it?

  7. I tried working out by watching YouTube videos but it never works out for me but then I found you and I think yr the only one who really pushes me to my limits even though yr not in the same room as I am great video keep up the good work
