Here is a fat burning and muscle toning total body HIIT workout you have to try! It can be done at home or in the gym. This is tough! Push yourself through the short intervals and modify when you need to! It’s all about progression! This workout will have you sweaty and feeling it in those muscles! It is 20 minutes, just add in a warm up and cool down.
It is 30 seconds on with 15 seconds rest with each group ran through three times.
