LAT PULL DOWN- 3 sets of 10 w/ 30 pounds
ARM PULL UPS- 3 sets of 10 w/ 25 pounds
HAMSTRING CURLS- 3 sets of 10 w/ 70 pounds
HAMSTRING EXTENSIONS- 3 sets of 10 w/ 70 pounds
ABS- 3 sets of 10 w/ 35 pounds

CURCUT CRUNCH ROUTINE-
25 regular crunches
25 flat crunches
25 crunches to the right
25 crunches to the left
NON-STOP! ONE INTO THE NEXT AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO

repeat 3x to make a total of 300 crunches

OFF CAMERA:
10 minute treadmill run, stretch
WALL SITS- 45 seconds, 3 times
LUNGES- 2 sets of 10 w/ 25 pounds hand weights
SQUAT JUMPS- 3 sets of 10
