In this session we got 15 minutes of non-stop cardio, Followed by 6 sets of 15 reps. This workout included 3 machines(Lat Pull-Downs, Shoulder-Press, and Chest-Press) Which we found targeted the back and some chest. We then worked out on double superset arms. The workouts consisted of Triceps pull-downs and overhead triceps-pulls 15 and 15.
In this session we got 15 minutes of intense cardio in (Bike,Treadmill, and the elliptical) followed by 3 sets of 3 different core workouts (Russian Twist 30, UnderQuad Claps, 15-20 and Leg raises 25, 3 sets each) and finished it off with Back rows and 3 sets of targeted back pull-ups.
